Neil-Asher Defrost Technique

Primarily used to treat frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) but can also be used to treat other shoulder dysfunctions, such as impingement, rotator cuff tendonitis, bursitis, and recover from rotator cuff surgery.  This is a manual technique to provide neuromuscular re-education to muscles in the upper arm to increase shoulder range of motion thus improving functional abilities.  There is usually an immediate effect with a noticeable increase in available range of motion.
