S. Keith Holton, P.T. is the owner, as well as a working staff therapist of Magnolia Rehabilitation

Keith moved from his hometown in Maryland to the MS area in 1992 with the help of the US Air Force.  He began his adult career in the medical supply department located in the hospital at the Columbus Air Force Base.  After 4 years of military service, he applied and was accepted to the Physical Therapy program at the University Medical Center in 1995.  He graduated 2 years later with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy.

Keith opened Magnolia Rehabilitation, an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Columbus, MS in 1999.

Keith has received extensive training in the Myofascial Release (MFR) under John F. Barnes, P.T. who is world-renowned for his seminars, training, and treatment with MFR.  Upon completion of Keith’s training, he was given the opportunity to assist and co-teach with some of these seminars across the United States.  This has provided him with a strong foundational background in Myofascial Release.

Keith has also had extensive training in orthopedic, sports rehab, and aqua therapy.

With God’s blessing and 14 years of experience later he has been able to open 2 additional physical therapy facilities in Starkville, and most recently West Point.  He is the chief P.T. at the West Point Location.

Keith is also very involved in his community by serving on the Building Clean Up Commission Panel for the city of West Point as well as serving as a board member for the Oak Hill Academy school system.  He is also very involved with the athletics of the schools in West Point.  He is married and has four children. His hobbies include sports, vacationing, and spending time with his family.
